Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By signing in via Google OAuth, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you are authorised to use that account, and that you accept these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Activity performed through your authenticated session is treated as yours.

VED Saarthi is an AI-assistant platform that lets you converse with large language models (currently GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4, Claude Sonnet 4.6, and Claude Sonnet 4.5), send voice messages, upload images for analysis, and generate images. Features and capabilities may change as we improve the Service.

Outputs from AI models can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for important decisions (legal, medical, financial, academic, etc.). The Service is provided as-is for general assistance only.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or attempt to extract any of the following categories of content. This list is representative, not exhaustive:

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM). Any depiction, description, or discussion presenting minors in a sexualised way is an absolute-block category — reported to authorities and resulting in immediate account termination.
• Weapon or explosives instructions — how-to guidance for firearms, bombs, chemical or biological agents.
• Self-harm or suicide instructions. If you're in distress, please reach out to iCall (+91-9152987821) or Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345). We're here to help you find support, not method.
• Credential theft, phishing, malicious hacking — phishing kits, exploit development, ransomware, account-takeover playbooks.
• Explicit sexual content involving adults.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats targeted at any individual or group based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, nationality, or other protected characteristic.
• Graphic violence or incitement to violence.
• Illegal activity — drug or human trafficking, terrorist recruitment, tax evasion, chargeback fraud.
• Privacy violations — helping identify, dox, or stalk a specific real person.
• Financial fraud — investment scams, Ponzi schemes, pump-and-dump instructions.
• Spam or manipulation — SEO poisoning, mass review manipulation, bulk unsolicited-outreach scripts.
• Definitive medical, legal, or financial advicewhere a wrong answer causes real harm. We will always redirect you to a licensed professional in these situations.
• reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or overwhelm the Service or the underlying models;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload images or audio you do not have the right to use, or that contain other people's personal data without their consent.

Enforcement. Every prompt is screened by an automated safety classifier before it reaches our paid AI models. If your prompt matches a prohibited category, the Service will refuse and apply the following ladder:

• 1st violation — friendly warning, request refused.
• 2nd violation — warning + platform operators notified.
• 3rd violation — account suspended for 24 hours.
• 4th violation — account permanently disabled.

Absolute-block categories (CSAM, weapon instructions, self-harm instructions, credential theft) skip the ladder — a single occurrence triggers immediate 24h suspension, and a second one triggers a permanent ban.

If you believe a refusal was a false positive, email support@vediautodevops.com within 30 days — our Support team can review the event, mark it as a false positive, and reverse any suspension. Absolute-block category logs are retained without prompt content for legal review; all other logs auto-delete after 90 days.

Paid tiers (Pro, Power) are billed in advance via Razorpay. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with at least 7 days' notice for existing subscribers. A paid period (monthly or annual) gives you access to the corresponding tier's features and usage quotas for that duration.

A 3-day free trial of the Pro tier may be available to new accounts. The trial does not require a payment method and automatically reverts to the Free tier at the end unless you have separately upgraded.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access will continue until the end of the current paid period. We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid subscriptions — see the Refund Policy for details.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (prompts, uploaded images, voice recordings). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the outputs generated for you.

The VED Saarthi name, branding, code, and design are owned by VED'IAUTODEVOPS Consulting Services LLP. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself without written permission.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing.

The Service depends on third-party providers including (without limitation) Google (authentication), OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI (LLMs and image generation), and Razorpay (payments). Their availability and terms apply to the relevant portions of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither VED'IAUTODEVOPS Consulting Services LLP nor any contributor shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email and/or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
